Taylor Swift gave an inspirational speech at this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards.
At the 2023 iHeartRadio Awards, Taylor Swift received the Creative Artist honorary award. This is an honorary award, not included in any iHeartRadio award categories. On stage receiving the award, the female singer gave an extremely emotional speech as a creative artist.
“I want everyone, especially young people, that over 100, 1000 stupid ideas are what led me to better ideas later,” Taylor began the speech, “You “You need to allow yourself to fail. I try very hard not to fail because that would be embarrassing. But, I allow myself to be wrong and so should you.”

Previously, the organizing committee said that the female singer born in 1989 received the Creative Artist award thanks to her impact as an artist on popular culture throughout her career. From her starting point as a female country singer, Taylor Swift has completely stretched herself out of the box to become one of the most successful artists of today’s era.
Before Taylor Swift, many great artists also received this award, including Pharrell Williams, Justin Timberlak, U2 and Alicia Keys.
