Dak Prescott has already registered four interceptions this season.
After the horrible defeat at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers, the Dallas Cowboys are gearing up to face the Los Angeles Chargers in the coming Sunday. The encounter will be a must-win game for the Cowboys to get back in the league. The Dallas players seemed confident before the match against the Chargers as Dak Prescott, their star QB said that a defeat could not break the team’s spirit.
However, Dak needs to be careful with his form. He is failing to provide for his team. Everyone is aware of the fact that the Cowboys traded Trey Lance this offseason as a developing QB. If Prescott fails, then there are high chances that Dallas will go for him as a starter in the coming time.
Ryan Clark reflected on this concern in the recent episode of ESPN’s show ‘Get Up’. The analyst said that the match against the Chargers could become the beginning of the end of Dak Prescott’s era. The analyst added that Dak is not showing any sign of working on his problems and is repeating the same mistakes continuously. Hence, this can be his last season at the Dallas Cowboys.
“This game changes the trajectory of the organization this year and beyond. If Justin Herbert does outplay Dak Prescott … I think it’s the beginning of the end for Dak Prescott as the QB of the Dallas Cowboys,” the analyst added.

Dak Prescott’s performance this season has taken a downturn
Ahead of the season, Dak announced that he would not be intercepted more than ten times this season. However, reality offers a different story. Dak was intercepted three times in the match against the 49ers. He was also sacked thrice.

Dak registered five touchdowns in five games and has been intercepted four times. Covering 1,061 yards of passing and completed 111 of his 160 passes. His completion rate is 69.4%. With a QBR of 64.9, he is presently standing in the eighth position. If Dallas have to reach the playoffs, then he needs to do something different in the coming time.
