As the song started to play fans of the star began to sing along with Ed to the hit tune, however, a hooded figure then emerged from a door behind Ed.

Fans then quickly realised who the mystery guest was and proceeded to go wild for Eminem as he appeared next to Ed on stage.
In a video shared to Twitter, Ed then proceeded to tease the crowd by saying ‘He was gonna come on and do one song and I said, You can’t come on in Detroit and just do one song’. Do you want another song?’
The dynamic duo then went on to perform Eminem’s 2000 hit Stan, with Ed singing the verses originally performed by Dido.
And when the performance was wrapped up Eminem then proceeded to turn to the crowd to thank them.
He said ‘ I appreciate you, Detroit. I love you!’
The surprise performance comes after Eminem and Ed previously teamed up to perform at the rapper’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction earlier this year.
And the pair have also collaborated on songs such as Remember the Name, River and Those Kinda Nights.
And Ed, who has been a big fan of Eminem for years, even revealed that the rapper’s music helped him overcome his stutter issues.
