Patrick Mahomes’ trainer is determined to change his ‘dad bod’ narrative before the 2024 season, but the recent activity of the QB wont make him happy.

Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany reveals the Chiefs QB has been eating 10 ice creams a night in offseason despite ‘dad bod’ comments

Patrick Mahomes’ wife recently posted a story on her Instagram, which for sure wouldn’t make his trainer very happy. Ever since the Super Bowl victory, the elite quarterback has been giving all his time to his wife and two children.

However, his leisure time has created a ‘dad bod’ narrative around the quarterback, which his trainer Bobby Stroupe is determined to change. It started when he was spotted in Mexico wearing shorts and carrying a large dad-bod belly.

Over the weekend, Brittany and Patrick were at a home game for the NWSL's KC Current

But looks like the three-time Super Bowl champion hardly cares about it. The athlete who rarely compromised his nutrition is now leaving on an ice cream dinner. Earlier this week, Brittany shared a couple of pictures on her Instagram, revealing how her husband can eat up to 10 mini ice creams.

In addition to that, Brittany also shared a picture of a macaroon in front of a tub of ice cream kept on her kitchen table. Although she didn’t clearly mention for whom that delicious treat was intended, it didn’t look like something Mahomes would enjoy. All she wrote on that post was, “Not me…” near the bottom.

Regardless of how unusual this diet sounds for an athlete such as Mahomes, he isn’t compromising on his workout. Just a few days ago, future NFL GOAT shared a vigorous workout video, in which he has also seen doubles inspired by LSU star gymnast Olivia Dunne.

And now that his trainer has also become serious about changing this image of the quarterback, it wouldn’t take long for him to have a huge transformation ahead of the 2024 NFL season, especially since the Chiefs are targeting a three-peat.
