Lakers forward LeBron James celebrates with his wife Savannah and daughter Zhuri after passing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to become the NBA's all-time leading scorer during the second half against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023, in Los Angeles.

LeBron and Savannah James are mourning the loss of the location where they had their first date — the now closed Outback Steakhouse in Montrose.

Savannah James shared news of the restaurant closing to her Instagram story writing, “Nooooooo @kingjames!!!” tagging her NBA legend husband in the post. “Our first date memories.”

Her post was re-shared by James who added, “Why why why” with a collection of sad face emojis.

Two Outback Steakhouse locations in Ohio are among 41 across the country that Bloomin’ Brands, the restaurant’s corporate parent, is closing as it weighs underperforming units, according to Nation’s Restaurant News.

LeBron James reposts his wife Savannah's Instagram story lamenting the loss of their first date location — an Outback Steakhouse in Akron, Ohio.

LeBron and Savannah are high school sweethearts who were married in 2013. They have three children together — LeBron “Bronny” James Jr., Bryce Maximus and Zhuri Nova.

No word yet on whether LeBron and Savannah ordered a Bloomin’ Onion, but it’s fair to say their first date was a success.
