Over the last week, several reports have come out expressing Ben Affleck’s loved ones’ alleged disapproval of his current wife Jennifer Lopez, including claims that Matt Damon is struggling to support their relationship whatsoever.

The negative attention and allegations are reportedly taking on a toll on the couple, as they’re reportedly arguing more and becoming distant.

Speaking with The Mirror, psychic Inbaal Honigman explained that Lopez and Affleck will likely “grow apart” in the new year in part due to “petty arguments” and “disagreements,” possibly spurred by all the negative press around their marriage.

Honigman warned that the couple are in for trouble before celebrating their second wedding anniversary next year, if they make it to the milestone.

“Fiery, glamorous and tireless, the sign of the lion does everything with flair,” she explained. “When a couple are both born under the same sign, as in the original Bennifer’s case, it carries unique positives and negatives into the relationship.”

Honigman continued, “When one of them would be going through a low period, as indicated by the Stars, so will the other one, therefore they will struggle to support each other through hardships.”

While Honigman’s comments are only speculation, Lopez and Affleck have been dodging rumors for the better half of this year. It’s been reported that Lopez insisted on a post-nuptial agreement after she featured their marriage was in trouble.

The singer also reportedly asked Affleck to attend couple’s counselling with her after photos of him embracing his ex-wife Jennifer Garner (who he shares three kids with) went viral, with reports claiming J.Lo found the images disrespectful.

Matt Damon Doesn’t Support Lopez And Affleck’s Marriage

Earlier this month, a report claimed that Matt Damon has been skeptical of Lopez and Affleck since they first began dating in the early 2000s. The pair called off their first engagement in 2003 days before their wedding, before ending their relationship altogether the following year.

Ben and Jen reunited in 2021, only to tie the knot last year in several ceremonies. However, given the various reports about their alleged marital strife, things haven’t seemed smooth sailing.

“Matt’s had serious reservations about Bennifer 2.0 since the beginning. He’s tried to be publicly supportive for Ben’s sake, but the fact is he hates the way J Lo treats his buddy and can no longer hold his tongue,” a source told Radar Online.

“It’s no secret Ben and J Lo haven’t been getting along, as he always seems to be in the doghouse,” they went on. “It’s obvious something needs to change, but when Matt started giving Ben advice, he totally blew up.”

The source added that Damon sees Lopez as too controlling of his childhood friend, adding, “History is repeating itself because 20 years ago they stopped talking for the exact same reason. But Matt can’t keep quiet, even if it means alienating Ben,” they went on, adding that Damon sees Lopez as too controlling of Affleck.

More recently, Jennifer Garner seemed to diss Lopez by expressing how much she loves to spend time with Affleck’s family and friends over the holidays, something J.Lo apparently doesn’t have the same affinity for.
