And after testing himself in the Summer League, the towering Frenchman is gearing up for his NBA debut on October 26 against the Dallas Mavericks.

Sharing a video on TikTok, the teenager showcased his incredible range of motion and agility through stretching exercises.

The clip, which was captioned ‘summer is almost over’, sees Wembanyama effortlessly performing the stretches – including the feared ‘front split’.

Basketball supporters were taken aback at how someone so tall could make it look so easy

Replying in the comment section of Wembanyama’s post, one TikTok user said: “Imagine being this flexible and 7’4.”

Another messaged: “Bro 2x my size and way more flexible than me.”

A third added: “Never seen a more flexible seven-footer in my life.”

This fan then remarked: “People have absolutely no idea how crazy this is at his height.”

Meanwhile another simply stated: “Bro is ready for gymnastics with that split.”

Wembanyama’s arrival in the NBA has been likened to when Greek star Giannis Antetokounmpo was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks in 2013.

And Giannis, who won the NBA Championship in 2021, believes the youngster is destined for greatness.

Speaking on the 48 Minutes podcast, the 28-year-old said: “He has so much talent, his talent is out of this world.

“To be able to move the way he moves, to be able to have a feel of the game like he does.

“He can do basically pretty much everything, he just needs to pay attention to the details.”
