Shanna Moakler has thrown shade at Khloe Kardashian after her latest lingerie weight loss snap was likened to the reality star.

Shanna, 47, who is the ex-wife of Khloe’s sister Kourtney’s husband Travis Barker, was left incensed when a fan commented on her post ‘Girl Khloe got the same face’ – t with the star responding: ‘I think her surgery came out beautiful!’

Another fan wrote: ‘Literally thought that was Khloe Kardashian!’ with Shanna responding: ‘khloe doesn’t even look like khloe what are you people smoking lol.’

 The post saw the Playboy pinup pose in yellow lingerie and shared that she has lost 20lbs on her new fitness plan.

She wrote: ‘Down 20! 10 more to go to hit my fitness goal!’ wrote the cover girl as she was photographed in a bathroom.’

With her tumbling locks and glossy pout, she did indeed resemble the KUWTK alum, 38, who admitted in 2021 to getting a nose job.

Khloe, who has never admitted to any other cosmetic surgeries, despite widespread speculation, has previously said   recovering from her nose job ‘was a breeze’ and that her ‘only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.’

When a fan tweeted about the surgery she revealed that she went under the knife just ‘a couple weeks’ before her daughter True turned one in April 2019.

‘Yes! I spoke about it at the reunion with Andy Cohen as well,’ she wrote. ‘I got it a couple weeks before True‘s first birthday. Love it!’

Another fan dished about having a difficult recovery period from a nose job, but Khloe responded: ‘Stop!!! Mine was a breeze. That’s crazy. It honestly was so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.’

‘I’ve had one nose job – Dr. Raj Kanodia,’ she told Andy Cohen, who was hosting the Final Curtain specials that closed out the series.

Her latest twitter exchanges were prompted by her family’s new ABC special where they were interviewed by Robin Roberts.

‘My whole life I would say I’ve always wanted my nose done, like forever,’ she confessed to Robin, ‘but it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage and I did it and I love it!’

During the same interview she revealed she ‘never felt like the pretty sister’ and experienced insecurities because of her previous size.

Fans have watched her figure evolve over the years, including with a stunning weight loss journey that led her to host a show called Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian.

Rumors have been swirling about various cosmetic procedures she is said to have had done, with a particular focus on her rear end.

She has always denied having her behind augmented, writing on social media years ago: ‘Sorry 2disappoint…. I’ve always had an a**. I know it’s more fun 2believe it’s not real, kind of a compliment since I kill myself in the gym.’
