Taylor Swift‘s latest No. 1 album Folklore only featured one collaboration, Bon Iver on “Exile.” But if she had another one the way, who should it be with?
Her BFF Selena Gomez crashed a talk show in the Animal Crossing: New Horizons game yesterday (Aug. 5) and revealed it’s her dream to work on a song with her. “I’ve always dreamt of doing a song with Taylor. We both wanted to do that,” the pop star said while appearing as her avatar. “Everything remains in our friendship. It just feels like we’re family. I’ve known her for 13 or 14 years now. She’s been my best friend. But, we’ve talked about it for sure.” Sounds like it’s about time!

“Watching her break down how it’s been virtually impossible to be valued objectively as a woman in music was heartbreaking, and I think we should all examine whether we judge women’s art with an extra critical eye, and why,” he wrote on Twitter. He clearly supports the 30-year-old singer-songwriter and her career, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if they officially worked together.
