A leading cosmetic physician has revealed what Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen may have done to completely transform her physical appearance. Dr. Jennifer Armstrong, who appeared on season 16 of The Real Housewives of Orange Country, suspects that Larsa, 49, has undergone a variety of injectable treatments to drastically change her looks. Fans have long pointed out how Marcus Jordan’s now-ex Larsa is unrecognizable compared to her original stint on RHOM back in 2011. The reality star, who is the ex-wife of former NBA star Scottie Pippen, has admitted to having work done on her nose, breasts, and lips, but denies other procedures – including a Brazilian butt lift. Analyzing before and after photos of Larsa, Dr. Armstrong pointed out how drastically the mom-of-four’s nose has changed over the years.

‘She’s had multiple rhinoplasties. In the before picture you can see she has a very thin nose – you can really see the structure of the nose before. It’s a lot thicker in the after [photo],’ she explained. ‘The way you do this is by adding cartilage to the nose.’ Dr. Armstrong said that Larsa’s new nose ‘looks nice’, but is a ‘completely different look’ compared to her old face. She also believes that the OnlyFans model may have had fillers around her eyes and cheeks to achieve a ‘fuller’ visage. ‘She looks like she has a very thin face before. This isn’t a weight gain issue – you wouldn’t gain weight in your temples or your lateral cheeks,’ Dr. Armstrong explained. ‘She does look like she’s had some filler out here,’ she continued, pointing to Larsa’s temples, before adding: ‘Probably a little bit too much filler – we don’t want it to stick out like that.’ Dr. Armstrong said it was ‘obvious’ that Larsa used filler on her lips, before pointing out that the RHOM star’s pout may be disproportionate.

‘This ratio is not correct … Her lower lip is significantly bigger than her upper lip, which is creating a heavy imbalance in her lip structure,’ she said. ‘What’s sad about this is since this is created by filler, you could easily just make it the correct ratio.’ Dr. Armstrong continued to nitpick Larsa’s looks, pointing out that the 49-year-old may have possibly had fillers in her chin and lower face. ‘I would say that this is bordering on too wide,’ she said as she pointed to Larsa’s chin and jawline. ‘I would not add one more drop of filler to her lower face and I’d actually probably [Botox] her masseters just to bring this down a little bit, just to balance out these ratios of her face.’ Dr. Armstrong said that parts of Larsa’s face ‘look too filled’ and pointed out that the ratios didn’t match up properly with her natural bone structure. ‘It looks too full, like a little too basketball-ish,’ she stressed, explaining that she’d reduce a lot of Larsa’s facial fillers if she could. ‘You don’t want a round face just sitting on your body. You want to create that really nice V and make this more feminine instead of just filled.’ Dr. Armstrong said that Larsa’s mid-face appeared to be overfilled as well, including her nasolabial folds, which resulted in a ‘Muppet-y’ look.

The award-winning injector also believes that Larsa have have had a Brazilian butt lift – despite the RHOM star claiming that her curves come from the gym. ‘She’s definitely had a Brazilian butt lift and liposuction,’ Dr. Armstrong told Dailymail.com. ‘Of course, I have never treated her. I don’t know this for fact, but this is based off my observation, extensive experience and expertise,’ she stressed. ‘I don’t even mind when people have work done. It’s just the fact that they’re lying about it because it makes everyone else feel bad like this is something obtainable through working out – but this is not obtainable through working out. ‘And it makes women feel bad about themselves thinking that it’s obtainable through diet and exercise,’ Dr. Armstrong added. The Newport Beach-based aesthetic physician is known as one of the top injectors in Orange County and has had her work published in multiple peer-reviewed journals. She has a large celebrity clientele, including many of her fellow Real Housewives of Orange County alums like Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson. Her clinic focuses on ‘extremely natural results so women can achieve anti-aging without looking like they’ve had anything done’.

Larsa looks like a totally different person in this 2012 photo Larsa has played coy over the years when it comes to confessing the secrets behind her seemingly ageless looks. At The Real Housewives of Miami season four reunion in 2022, she said, ‘I’ve had my nose done. I’ve had my lips done. And that’s basically it.’ The voluptuous socialite also admitted to having her breasts augmented, however, she denied having any work on her shapely bottom, claiming that her curves are the result of hard work in the gym. When host Andy Cohen asked Larsa about her ever-changing appearance, the Chicago native shared her grueling workout schedule, saying, ‘I literally work out seven days a week.’ She told Cohen that her voluptuous figure was in part due to weight/muscle gain, explaining that in prior photos she was much slimmer. ‘If I show you my photos from five years ago, I was less than 100 pounds. I’m 140 pounds now, so yeah, my legs look thicker than they were, my arms look thicker than they were,’ she said. ‘My whole body has changed … My body’s tight because I work out.’

Though she denied getting a butt lift, Larsa noted she is not against plastic surgery and believes in doing what makes her feel best. ‘I feel like I’m very progressive. I’m into trends and

I feel like whatever makes me feel good and look good, I’m willing to do. I’m that person.’ She then proudly added, ‘I’m very happy with the way I look.’ Larsa has continually been targeted by RHOM co-star Adriana de Moura over the size of her derriere. ‘I think your butt doesn’t look natural, I’m sorry to say it,’ Adriana said at the reunion. Larsa fired back, ‘My body’s tight because I work out. If I compare my body to your body, I’m athletic, you’re not.’ Adriana also accused Larsa of trying to emulate the curves of her former best friend Kim Kardashian, which Larsa has denied. Larsa has previously admitted to undergoing UltraShape – which is a non-invasive body contouring procedure that targets fat cells. ‘I eat well and exercise regularly, but there are certain areas that are resistant to all my efforts. With UltraShape, the inches are disappearing,’ she told Chicago plastic surgeon Michael A. Horn in 2018. ‘I lost 1.5 inches – and I love my results so much that even my mom and my friends are doing it.’ It’s also possible that some of Larsa’s jaw-dropping results are down to the use of filters and airbrushing, rather than cosmetic procedures.
