Jennifer’s Body actress Amanda Seyfried has admitted that she thinks her intimate scene with Megan Fox in the 2009 flick is “sexy” and that the pair “kissed really well” on set

Amanda Seyfried thinks her Jennifer’s Body snogging scene with Megan Fox is “sexy”.

Seyfried once told W Magazine: “We kissed really well together. If I watch the scene, it’s actually really sexy. We got it done for the masses and sadly, the masses didn’t show up.” Amanda’s comment referred to the poor reception Jennifer’s Body got upon release, making $2.8 million on the opening day and only $6.8 million on the opening weekend.

Although Amanda praised their efforts in the 2009 film, Megan has previously opened up about how the pair felt while filming. According to the actress, Seyfried and Fox found the situation was “stressful” and the duo did “not look forward to it”.

Megan told Variety: “I remember Amanda and I were horrified that we had to make out. Her so more than me. I was slightly more comfortable being able to do it, she was not so excited about having to film that scene at all.” Fox said that she remembered the pair of them being “stressed out” because they were both struggling with chin acne and the acne included a “micro-close-up shot of them kissing”.

Due to their skin issues, the pair found the scene “very stressful” to film. Megan also recently spoke about her role as Jennifer in the now-regarded cult classic film and compared the character to her real life self.

In an interview with WWD, Fox admitted that Jennifer has a special place in her heart. She confessed: “I feel like that’s such a good representation of who I am in general. [Before] she was turned into a demon and she became this goth icon, [Jennifer] was this poppy, typical cheerleader ‘Forever 21’ girl.”

Megan said that Jennifer was a “typical girl” with “this other side to her” after she turned into a “sort of demon sorceress”. The actress said: “I am both of those things and always have been.”

The star recalled her teenage years and admitted that her style was a mixture of clothes from Hot Topic, an American clothing brand aimed at alternative style, and “slutty clothes from Forever 21”.
