The 41-year-old Hollywood star smoulders in the heat and looks to be enjoying the freedom of the intimate scene.

Throwing her head back in wanton abandon, viewers will see more of the South African native’s slender frame as the pair enjoy a very saucy moment during one of the film’s sexier scenes.

The film stars Theron as a director of an international aid agency in Africa amidst a social and political revolution, when she meets relief doctor Bardem and they embark on a tumultuous love affair.

She said: “There is a need to sensationalise things. When you leave a relationship there has to be some f***ing story or some crazy drama.”
