Megan Fox

Megan Fox has long been a staple of sensuality in Hollywood. Having previously lived the dream of ‘90s teens everywhere and being married to Beverly Hills, 90210 star Brian Austin Green to her paparazzi-fueled relationship with Machine Gun Kelly, the Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen star has earned herself a place alongside the industry’s most seductive women. To see her in her eye-catching glory, we suggest you check out these five movies.

5. Friends with Kids (2011)

This Jennifer Westfeldt-helmed rom-com was absolutely stacked with star power. Along with Megan Fox, the feature also starred the likes of comedic geniuses including Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Jon Hamm, Adam Scott, Chris O’Dowd, and Edward Burns. The film is essentially about feeling like you’re falling behind in life with platonic friends Julie (Westfeldt) and Jason (Scott) making a deal to become parents without the hassle of entering a relationship.

As you can guess, sparks eventually begin to fly between Julie and Jason, throwing a wrench into their plan of a zero-commitment situation. In the film, Megan Fox plays Mary Jane, a woman whose good looks make her hard for the feature’s male characters to miss.

4. Jonah Hex (2010)

Diving into the world of gun slingin’, Megan Fox appeared alongside Josh Brolin, Michael Fassbender, Wes Bentley, John Malkovich, Will Arnett, and Michael Shannon in Jimmy Hayward’s adaptation of the DC Comics character. The film follows Brolin’s titular bounty hunter as he uses his powers of dipping into the supernatural world for the betterment of humankind.

When he’s given the chance of a lifetime – to have his outstanding warrants erased in exchange for bringing them bad guy Quentin Turnbull (Malkovich), Jonah Hex is ready to step into hell on a supernatural adventure. The only leading female character in the film, Megan Fox plays Lilah. Appearing primarily as a side character, Lilah is introduced as a sex worker who helps Jonah Hex take down Quentin Turnbull.

3. This is 40 (2012)

After bringing audiences the 2007 laugh riot that was Knocked Up, Judd Apatow was at it again in 2012 when he brought the hilarity in the comedy drama, This is 40. Megan Fox joined yet another all-star cast for this one which included Apatow’s frequent collaborators Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann as well as an ensemble including his and Mann’s daughters Maude and Iris Apatow, John Lithgow, Jason Segel, Albert Brooks, Lena Dunham, Chris O’Dowd, and Bill Hader.

The film introduces the next chapter of Pete (Rudd) and Debbie’s (Mann) lives as the duo finds themselves unhappy with life as they approach the age of 40. Megan Fox appears in the film as Desi, a store employee who catches the eye of Debbie during a playful and flirtatious scene.

2. Jennifer’s Body (2009)

Penned by The United States of Tara and Juno screenwriter, Diablo Cody, the 2009 horror comedy was a hit among audiences who relished in Megan Fox’s sexy yet demonic character, Jennifer. After a band passing through town uses her as a sacrifice to launch them toward stardom, Jennifer’s body becomes possessed by a flesh-eating demon who quickly chews through her school.

Starring opposite Megan Fox as her on-screen bestie is Amanda Seyfried with an ensemble cast that includes Johnny Simmons, Adam Brody, Amy Sedaris, and J.K. Simmons. Of all of her roles, Jennifer’s Body best encapsulates Fox’s ability to genre-hop within the same project.

1. Transformers (2007)

While she had previously appeared in smaller roles in films including the aforementioned Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, it was with her casting in the 2007 action blockbuster Transformers that Megan Fox became a household name. The movie saw her star as Mikaela Banes, an intricate player in helping Shia LaBeouf’s Sam Witwicky and the Autobots bring down the sinister Decepticons.

The movie would launch Megan Fox into stardom with the actress returning for the 2009 sequel, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Not only did her appearance in Transformers help her land the other movies mentioned on this list, but it would also gain her roles in titles including the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles remake, Think Like a Dog, and Till Death. With a packed slate, Fox will next appear in Expend4blesNaya Legend of the Golden Dolphins, and Subservience.
